Type 3: Cushion Heel Pads

Available in sizes 3 or 4, black only.

Size 3 has a thickness of 5/32", and dimensions of 5-1/2" x 6-1/4". The frog section is raised 1/4".

Size 4 has a thickness of 5/32", and dimensions of 5-7/8" x 6-5/8". The frog section is raised 5/16".

These pads were originally designed by Fruin for use with road horses. The design has been refined over the years for use on a variety of horses. Excellent for use with contracted heels, heel weight, trail riding and founder.
